Job Description
- Develop divisional strategies and plans.
- Oversee the entire project development cycle, from initial planning to project handover.
- Engage in project inception, feasibility studies, cost estimation, conceptual design, design development, and construction management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to review procedures, implement changes, and coordinate special projects.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within allocated budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate site installations and procedures for large-scale projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and submit necessary documentation.
- Fulfil other assigned duties and responsibilities as required.
The Successful Applicant
- Candidate must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Civil, Construction Management or any other related field.
- Preferably candidate with contractor experience.
- Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Aggressive and possess strong leadership skills.
