Proclinical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Shift Operator.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
As a shift operator in logistics, you are responsible for operating and monitoring complex bio-production facilities. Together with your colleagues, you will rectify faults, carry out cleaning and maintenance, work in clean rooms and document the production steps. You manage to maintain an overview even in hectic times and appreciate the close contact with the various functions (biotechnologists, plant engineers, QA, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the receipt of goods for internal transports
- Responsible for timely and clean inventory management and care of project specific and operational warehouses (consumables, raw materials and equipment) and their maintenance
- Supervise stock transfers and shipping of manufactured products.
- Responsible for waste management from operations
- Eager to critically review operational procedures and contribute creative suggestions for improvement while adhering to all safety, sanitation, environmental, and quality requirements, as well as openness to general activities in the logistics group and to continually evolve
Experience:
- completed apprenticeship as a logistician/magazine operator is preferred
- Experience in the production/laboratories or experience in the pharmaceutical/GMP environment desirable
- Forklift driving license desirable
- Team player with accurate work ethic and reliability
- Fluent in written & spoken German; basic knowledge of English desirable
- Open to new things and interested in further development
