Our Opportunity:
This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Delivery Management team. As part of our dedicated team, you will be managing our day to day bookings and scheduling of our Delivery Management teams for New Zealand and Australia. Day to day you will communicate with Delivery Drivers/Warehouse/Customer Care Centre/Technical Representatives / Technicians and end customers to ensure bookings are allocated and that the entire process runs smoothly. You will speak to customers to prior to delivery to ensure that you obtain all the relevant information so that the delivery drivers can deliver a premium quality service.
Days and Hours: Monday- Friday (40hours) hours will be between 7am- 7pm.
On occasion, must be available to work Saturday, but notice will be provided in advance
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong track record in customer service.

A great attitude with excellent communication skills to listen to the needs of the customers.

High attention to detail to organise the daily deliveries.

Effective communication skills liaising with internal departments to get the job complete on time.
