EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· 5+ years' experience in system administration, MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) & workstation (Windows 8.1/Windows 10) Operating System, MS Office (2016/2019), software packaging & deployment, troubleshooting and remediation of network joined clients, Active Directory & Group Policies
· A thorough hands-on experience with MS SCCM is required
· Application provisioning technology operation
· Client provisioning
· MS Windows (8.1/10) installation / configuration / administration
· MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) management / administration
· Operating system / software provisioning problem troubleshooting
· Remote application provisioning service installation / documentation
· Security update & hardening assurance
· System engineering / administration
· Workstation management / creation
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Responsibility to work against the NATO HQ ticketing system and ensure all incoming Incidents and Service Requests are being handled and resolved within the agreed SLAs. This includes second level application and configuration troubleshooting on all network connected clients
· Will also assist in patch remediation activities where required
