RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATION OFFICER [Australia]


 

This position is open for an experienced Reception/Administration officer. Working within a busy financial planning office, your duties will include:

  • Reception responsibilities
  • Data Entry & processing paperwork
  • Diary management & appointment setting
  • Client enquiries & engagement
  • Administration tasks as assigned

  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of confidentiality
  • Refined professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
